Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Pioneer Camp, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all relevant details regarding shipping and delivery.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box addresses)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
- Netherlands
- Poland
For shipping to other regions or countries, please contact our customer service team at service@pioneercampgear.com to check stock availability and shipping fees.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use Yun Express to ship all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Fees
- Orders under $49: A flat shipping fee of $9 will apply.
- Orders over $49: Enjoy free shipping on your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- The estimated delivery time is 3-12 business days depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons due to higher shipping volumes.
Customs & Duties
No customs duties or taxes are required for the regions we ship to.
Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time by visiting tracking page. Simply enter your order number and the email used during checkout to check the status of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at service@pioneercampgear.com. If the package was delivered but lost near your doorstep or in your vicinity, we kindly ask that you report the issue to your local police department and provide us with the case number.
Special Notes
- United States: Shipping is only available to continental U.S. (no shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box addresses, or remote areas due to shipping time and cost constraints).
- Other Regions: Certain remote areas may not be eligible for delivery or may require additional shipping charges. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team for more details.
