I love the design and warmth of the jacket.. BUT after my first order the zipper end broke a month into use. I was able to exchange it After my 2nd jacket, the zipper end broke again. The zipper is very small, fragile and cheap looking. Now I have no jacket for the rest of this year and next year. The jacket is warm, comfortable, nice looking but what good is that if you cannot use it? That is why I am giving it 1 star. It needs a heavy duty zipper. It is a winter jacket used for daily use. It is very sad that the zipper falls apart after a few uses, I really loved the jacket, but I cannot wear it.
