I own several pieces of apparel from Pioneer Camp so I'm not surprised that these are great quality. I've liked everything I've gotten from them.
I'm 6'0", 165 lbs and size M fit perfectly.
The pants look nice...you could almost get away with using them as dress pants although the fabric is a little loud due to being water resistant.
Zipper pockets is a bonus as well.

I ordered these lightweight hiking pants so my son could help me in the yard in the rainy months. He has a 32 inch inseam and these XL fit him perfectly in height but also in waist. The quick-dry pants have two zippered pockets on each side of the hips with mesh inside the pockets for breathability. There aren’t any pockets on the back of the pants.
For waterproofing, I ran some water on the leg of the pants and it beaded right off and was dry within a few minutes. The cut is good with darts at the knees and the stitching is all well done. It appears the fly zipper is metal but the pocket zippers are plastic. There aren’t any snagging or catching on any of them. The snap at the waist is metal and opens and closes easily. Most of the waist is elasticized to make it easy to bend and move without your pants falling down. All zippers are reinforced. There are also buttons on the inside of the pant leg with a small elasticized loop on the outside in case you want to roll the legs up.
The color is darker in person than on my camera and closer to the picture on the listing. The nylon fabric is a 4-way stretch with its 4% composition of spandex making squats and climbing up into a vehicle easy without ripping out the pants. The price is good for the quality of these fishing and hiking pants. I am glad I ordered them and may order myself a pair in yellow.

These are really nice pants that fit very well and look amazing. The fabric is very comfortable and are flattering on my Husband. His only complaint is there are no back pockets on these pants which one would think if it is a hiking pant it would definitely have back pockets. Other than that they are pretty good pants.
