Getting clothes on Amazon is always a gamble, especially if it's coming from China, since they tend to run their clothes smaller for whatever reason. My spouse wanted to size this up to a large because of that, but I felt like these should be a bit snug and form fitting. So, I went with the listed size of medium, since my wife is typically a size 4 to 6. I'm really glad I went with my gut, because these fit absolutely perfectly. My wife absolutely loves this. She loves the air vents on the hood. So loves the thumb passthrus. Also, the pockets are an added bonus. The material is excellent for outdoor activities like hiking, running, paddle sports. She is very active and is playing pickleball a lot.

Anyways, can't recommend these enough. They are BOMB.

It was humid in my house and about 74 outside when I tried this on. It was definitely warm. I am not sure that I could wear this on a desert day hike or a walk in the east in August. For mild 50-70 degree temperature days, this is a great shirt! The other problem is that when you pull your hair out of the hood, it pulls the hood off of your forehead, so you have less face coverage. I did not like that the neck was high, but it helps with coverage.

So, I do enjoy this color a lot! The fabric is stretchy and the sleeves are nice and long. This is a good shirt to wear to keep the sun and bugs off. Plus, it works if it is a little chilly. The two side pockets are a bonus! I tossed this in the washer on cold and hung it to dry, and it looked great!
