Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a return and refund option under the following terms:
Return Policy
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a turn.
- Return Conditions: All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and original packaging. Original order shipping charges are non-refundable on correctly shipped orders.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@pioneercampgear.com to obtain return authorization. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@pioneercampgear.com.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process to resolve the problem.
Special Notes
- Please note that discounted or custom items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please contact us for more details on specific product returns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
