These winter hiking pants are a must-have for cold-weather adventures. These pants were impressive to me right out of the box. They have a sleek design, with a slim cut and panels sewn together to provide for an articulated knee and hop area. The material feels very high quality, it's genuine soft shell. The fleece lining is a nice touch for cooler weather, too.

I am short and fat, at 5' 8" with a 38 waist. I ordered the 2xl and they fit me nearly perfectly. I would go for a 1 inch shorter inseam, but I cannot fault them for that.

Ultimately, these are pretty impressive, easily on par with similar ones from popular brand names I have tried. With fall coming on here soon, I am looking forward to having them for hiking and mountain biking!
