I wasn’t familiar with this brand, so didn’t know what to expect. The jacket turned out to be pretty nice. The lightweight UPF fabric is soft and the hoodie is well designed to be comfortable, versatile and functional. The hood has adjustable draw cords to keep it snug, and the jacket is breathable and has nice pockets. The full zip makes it easy to throw on for sun protection or those times when you just need a layer against the breeze. I splashed a little water on it and it beaded right off, so that claim checks out.

The jacket is very thin and self packs into a zippered pocket, making it easy to toss in a backpack. I ordered this for my son with boating or fishing in mind, but I think it would also be great for hiking. He really likes it and says the L is true to size.

Overall, it looks good and seems well made. I would expect to pay more for the same quality from a larger known brand.

Really impressed with this lightweight jacket—there are a lot of small details that overdeliver. It has a slight stretch that moves well without feeling restrictive, a smooth zipper, and a waist cinch that’s actually useful when conditions change. The pockets are a good size, and the laser-cut ventilation along the arms and sides is a nice touch. Fit is better than expected, and the color stands out (I'm not sure I've ever seen this exact shade of blue) from the usual big-box options. The sleeve cuffs also have a softer fabric that keeps them from feeling tight on the wrists.

I went in with low expectations, but this has been great. I’ve been wearing it to and from the gym for a few weeks and it’s performed really well. It honestly compares to those premium ultralight jackets from the big outdoor brands—just without the premium price tag.
