This review is for Pioneer Camp Mens Rain Jacket Waterproof Shell Jacket Hooded Lightweight Rain Coat for Outdoor Hiking 4 Pockets Windbreaker (Navy, Medium). I am 5' 7" (1.8m) with a 32" (82cm) waist and 39” (99cm) chest and I usually wear men small in US size and M in European size. Amazon’s size recommendation even stated: Small will fit you best based on your profile. However, I went with a Medium but could have easily gone with a Small since the length was a tad long. The size chart is correct, so go with your normal size if you think you will not be layering. I chose Medium because I figured this jacket will be thinner and lighter and while nice for warmer days, it would not be too great for chilly rainy days like right now. With the Medium, I was able to keep warm by wearing my sweater / hoodie underneath. I don’t think I could have done that with a Small. Other than that, this jacket is fantastic. I went for a walk in the pouring rain with my dog for 30 minutes and when I walked back into the house, there was not a single drop of rain on my jacket! Like what? It kept my upper body completely dry. Amazing! I also did not feel overheated wearing it either. I have a couple of rain jackets that are water repellent but somehow some rain would seep through after a while and I would feel sweaty wearing them.
